Order Cancellation

Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as processing begins immediately.

However, once your order is delivered, you may contact our support team to initiate a return. After the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund as per our Refund Policy.

Priority + Insured Shipping

If you have selected Shipping Protection, you will be eligible for either:

  • A reshipment of your order, or
  • A full refund

in case your order is lost during transit.


Lost or Missing Packages

AZYRAA is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect shipping or billing details. Please ensure all details are accurate before confirming your order.

If an error occurs from our side, we will take full responsibility and resolve the issue at no additional cost.


Customs & Duties

We are not responsible for any customs fees or import duties once the order has been shipped.

By placing an order, you agree that your shipment may be subject to customs charges depending on your country.

Shipping times may vary based on your location. Below are estimated delivery timelines:

  • United States: 7–15 Business Days
  • Canada & Europe: 7–15 Business Days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 15–25 Business Days
  • Central & South America: 7–15 Business Days
  • Asia: 7–15 Business Days
  • Africa: 15–30 Business Days

Maximum delivery time: 20 business days (in most cases)

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipping
  • Shipping timelines do not include customs clearance delays
  • Delays may occur due to logistics or external factors beyond our control
